What would it look like to create a company culture for 1 person?


💡 You don't need a large team to build a thriving culture.
🌱 Or even, a team.


When I started my business, I had the mindset of “once I hire, I’ll scramble and figure out what our culture is.”

But, why can’t it start sooner than that?

On day 1. With employee 1.

Because culture seeps into everything.

First, it starts off internally. How we show up for ourselves.

And then it expands.

How we talk to clients. How we make business decisions.

How we shape our products. How we show up 10 years from now.


🌍 My company culture of 1:

1. Connection ❤️
Connection is what drives me and is why I started coaching. I will always make time for connecting with others and remember, it’s not about numbers. Everything distills down to being connected with people.

2. Experimentation. 🔬
I set a time estimate for each task I do. If I don’t make it, great! I get curious about why it took longer and what I learned. I also give myself permission to experiment with different formats and approaches.

3. Sustainability ⌛
Start With Hello Coaching is me in it for the long haul. Being attuned to my energy levels and headspace means finding a balance, so I can go hard on the days I have tons of energy, and take rests on the days where I’m drained.
